产品概述I DESCRIPTION

BO22L0101型CNC型等离子圆管切割机是我公司开发的管材切割机。具有结构刚性高、稳定性好、切割效率及加工精度高的特点；产品灵活性强、安全、操作方便、能耗低，属环保型产品；主要用于圆管材的切割。产品整体布局紧凑、合理，占地面积小。整机由切割单元、原材料储存区、自动上料机构、送料机构、成品工件自动出料机构及存放区等组成，实现可自动接收MES系统或上位机下发订单，通过自动送料机构送料，由切制单元对圆管实现切断等热切割。切割中心采用五轴联动龙门式桁架结构，割炬姿态控制采用CNC+TCP形式，实现提精度，提效率，提升用户体验；本机床可根据用户的整体需求高度定制化生产。

Inteligent pipe steel cuting device The BD22L0101 CNC plasma circular pipe cutting machine is a pipe cutting machine developed by our company.It has the characteristics of high structural rigidity,good stabilty,high cutting efficiency and machining accuracy;The product has strong flexibility,safety,easy operation,and low energy consumption,making it an environmentally friendly product;Mainly used for cutting circular pipes.The overall layout of the product is compact and

reasonable,with a small footprint.

The entire machine is composed of a cuting unit,a raw material storage area,an automatic feeding mechanism,a feeding mechanism,a finished workpiece automatic discharge mechanism,and a storage area.It can automatically receive orders from the MES system or the upper computer,and feed through the automatic feeding mechanism.The cuting unit can cut off the circular tube and perform thermal cutting.

The cuting center adopts a five axis linkage gantry truss structure,and the cutting torch attitude control adopts the form ofCNC-TCP to improve accuracy,etficiency and user experience;
